GDS Leave Rules 2025 (Latest Updates)
According to the GDS Conduct & Engagement Rules, 2020 (as amended 2025):
- Paid Leave (PL):
- 20 days per year (credited quarterly).
- Can be accumulated up to 180 days.
- Leave Without Allowance (LWA):

- Female GDSs are eligible for 180 days of maternity leave.
